How does it work?
Pick a scene, add one photo per person (or a group shot), and you see your cartoon portrait in about a minute. The preview is free. You only pay when you order the canvas or the digital file.
How many people and pets can be in one portrait?
Up to six, pets included, all at the same price. Each pet counts as one place. Pets keep their own colours; people turn yellow.
What if something in the drawing is not right?
You get five free redraws per set of photos, and you can ask for changes in plain words. After you order, tell us what to fix and we revise it until you are happy. A canvas is only printed once you are.
What do I receive?
A canvas printed with pigment ink on 410 gsm poly-cotton, hand-stretched over kiln-dried pine and ready to hang, in 12 x 16 in or 18 x 24 in. The high-resolution digital file is included with every canvas, or can be bought on its own.
How long does delivery take?
Canvases are made to order: usually two to five business days in production, then about three to eight business days in transit to the US, UK and EU, longer elsewhere. Digital files are emailed once your drawing is approved.
Can I order first and send photos later?
Yes. Order here and reply to your confirmation email with the photos and the scene you would like. You approve the drawing before anything is printed.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to make your portrait, never published or used to train AI models, and deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
